Reproduction in organisms are divided into 2, vegetative and generative reproduction.

Vegetative Reproduction

A vegetative reproduction is any form of reproduction that don't preceded by the male and female sex cells.

Division is a reproduction method by dividing itself, usually done by single-celled organisms (protozoa) such as amoebas and paramecium.

Spore

Reproduksi Vegetatif

Reproduksi vegetatif merupakan bentuk reproduksi yang tidak didahului pertemuan sel kelamin jantan dan betina.

Rhizoma adalah batang tumbuhan yang tumbuh dibawah atau di tanah, seperti jahe, temulawak, kunyit, dan banyak lagi.

Reproduksi Generatif

Reproduksi secara generatif merupakan reproduksi yang melibatkan pertemuan sel kelamin jantan (sperma) dan sel kelamin betina (ovum) alias kawin. Organisme yang berkembang biak dengan cara ini ialah: manusia; tumbuhan berbunga; mamalia; dan banyak, banyak lagi.
Dalam tumbuhan, ada 2 macam penyerbukan, yaitu penyerbukan sendiri(autogami, and geitonogami), dan penyerbukan silang.
